Job description

Role: Operator I - 2nd Shift
Location: Irvine, CA - 92614
Duration: 6 Months
Shift Timings: 3:00PM to 11:30 PM
Work Mode:Onsite (Cleanroom Manufacturing Environment)

Looking for (Skills):
  • Medical device or similar assembly experience
  • Cleanroom environment exposure
  • Strong hand-eye coordination & dexterity
  • Experience working under microscope
  • Good documentation practices (GDP)
  • Ability to work with small components & tools
Must have Skills:
  • Assembly experience with small/delicate components
  • Ability to work 5–6 hours/day under microscope
  • Strong hand dexterity (tweezers, small tools, precision work)
  • Basic documentation experience (work orders, travelers, batch records)
  • Basic computer skills*(electronic batch records/MES systems)
  • Good attention to detail & accuracy
  • Ability to work in cleanroom environment
Good to have skills:
  • Medical device manufacturing experience
  • Semiconductor / electronics / mobile repair / laptop repair background
  • Cleanroom & line clearance*experience
  • Soldering experience
  • Experience with GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
  • Experience with work orders, routers, batch records
Day to day activity:
  • Perform assembly of small medical device components
  • Work extensively under microscope (~5–6 hours/day)
  • Use tweezers, small tools, and precision equipment
  • Follow work orders / batch records / documentation processes
  • Perform line clearance and setup activities
  • Document work accurately (sign-offs, batch tracking, corrections)
  • Work in cleanroom environment with strict compliance
  • Use electronic systems (MES)*for tracking and documentation
Education:
  • High School Diploma required
  • A  Bachelor's or Master's degree in higher education may be considered overqualification.
Experience:
  • Minimum: 6 months – 1 year relevant experience preferred
  • Open to short-term projects (3–6 months)*if clearly explained
  • Stability preferred (avoid frequent job changes <2–3 months)
  • Open to transferable experience (semiconductor, electronics, etc.)
  • Recent cleanroom experience preferred (within ~5 years acceptable)
Interview:
  • 1 round (Hiring Manager discussion)
  • Some teams may include basic hands-on microscope test
  • Focus on:
