Start Date: 8/24/2026
Serve as a front-line representative for KYCO Student Affairs by providing clerical support, assisting with events, and supporting departmental communication and outreach efforts in a professional medical school setting.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies:

  1. Attend front desk and act as first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing information on office policies and procedures - CT, C, P, CTR
  2. Assist with and contribute to events hosted by departmental staff - C, TW, P
  3. Develop relationships with faculty, staff, and students in a professional, medical school environment - C, CTR, P
  4. Contribute to projects involving data analysis, social media, web content, and budgeting - CT, C, TW, T
  5. Make campus deliveries and provide clerical support including proofreading and filing - TW
  6. Use MS Word, Excel, and phone systems; compile data using software programs - T
  7. Prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and work inclusively in diverse settings - L, CTR
  8. Maintain confidentiality, be punctual, and communicate schedule changes in advance - P
