Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler Location: Perkasie, PA (Onsite) Type: Contract Compensation: $18-$23/hour (depending on experience) Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Overview A growing manufacturing team is hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to support production of electrical and mechanical components. This is a great opportunity for entry-level or early-career candidates to gain hands-on experience, receive on-the-job training, and grow within a stable, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly of products using hand tools and basic equipment
  • Assist in building control panels, enclosures, and small wired assemblies
  • Follow step-by-step instructions, SOPs, and assembly drawings
  • Support basic wiring, crimping, and component installation
  • Perform visual quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on technical work preferred
  • Mechanically inclined; enjoys building, fixing, or working with tools (personal or professional experience)
