Job description

Title: Entry Level Concrete / Masonry Laborer Location: Rochester, NY Join Our Growing Commercial Construction Team. We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Concrete/Masonry Laborers to join our commercial construction team. We offer steady, long-term employment opportunities for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow within the construction industry.

Candidates should have prior construction experience, a strong work ethic, and reliable transportation. Individuals with specialized skills in concrete finishing, form carpentry, or rough carpentry are strongly encouraged to apply and may qualify for additional opportunities. Responsibilities: Assist with concrete and masonry construction projects Perform job site setup, maintenance, and cleanup Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders Support specialty crews as needed Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely Assist with the maintenance of company vehicles and equipment Adhere to all company and OSHA safety standards and procedures Qualifications: Previous construction experience preferred Experience with concrete work, masonry, formwork, or rough carpentry is a plus Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds regularly Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and navigate uneven job site terrain Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow established procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation and company holidays Short-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Consistent work schedule with long-term opportunities Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
