About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and highly organized Market Research Recruiter/Analyst to manage our end-to-end participant recruitment across B2B and B2C studies—including online focus groups, 1-on-1 interviews, and quantitative surveys.
In this role, you won’t just match bullet points on a screener—you will act as an investigator. You’ll decode complex organizational structures to find real B2B decision-makers, analyze why participants do or don’t qualify, manage field timelines, and maintain our participant database.
This is an entry-level role with growth potential in market research, user experience, and customer insights. If you love connecting with people, possess sharp investigative instincts, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Recruitment & Qualification
  • Sourcing & Job title decoding: Source B2B and B2C candidates across LinkedIn, social platforms, and database networks. Research employer org charts, business models, and job titles (mapping startups vs. enterprise hierarchies) to find exact candidate matches.
  • Screening: Program, test, and field pre-screeners via phone, email, text, and surveys. Look beyond simple “yes/no” answers to analyze the why behind qualification, verify credentials, and weed out title inflation or imposters.
  • Research participation & logistics: Schedule sessions, manage time zone logistics, collect research agreements, send calendar invites, and ensure prompt incentive payouts.
2. Project & Field Management
  • Timeline speed & budgeting: Assist in project quotes, monitor incidence rates (IR), build strategic over-recruit buffers, and track actual vs. estimated project hours to keep campaigns on schedule and within budget.
  • Database & Panel optimization: Maintain and optimize our participant panel hosted on HubSpot, ensuring high data hygiene, PII compliance, and engaged panelist communities.
  • Communication: Provide clear, proactive field status reports to clients and internal research teams.
3. Operations & Brand Growth
  • Assist with client proposals, sales support, and business development outreach.
  • Support company social media channels (LinkedIn, Meta, X) with posts, interactions, and updates.
  • Contribute ideas for internal process improvements and support general administrative office operations in Evanston, IL.
Qualifications & Skills We’re Seeking
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (For example but not limited to, Psychology, Market Research, Marketing, Economics, Sociology, Business, Design, or Anthropology).
  • Nice-to-Haves: Exposure to User Experience (UX), Design Thinking, Customer Experience (CX), or market research participant recruitment.
  • Investigative Mindset: Sharp business curiosity with the ability to quickly learn new industry jargon, understand corporate decision-making structures, and assess participant articulateness.
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and comfort using collaborative online tools, databases (e.g., HubSpot, Qualtrics), and scheduling platforms.
  • Adaptable Communicator: Outstanding listening skills with the ability to build quick rapport with diverse consumer audiences and communicate professionally with corporate executives.
  • Self-Starter Drive: Proactive, receptive to feedback, and eager to take full ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Flexible work from home options available.
