Finishing & Inspection Technician (Entry-Level)

Position Overview

Adflex is currently hiring for our Finishing & Inspection Department, a critical part of our label production process. In this role, you will take printed label rolls from our Press Department and convert them into finished products based on customer specifications.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Even small errors can impact the final product, so a careful and focused approach is essential.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing. We provide hands-on training and promote from within for employees who demonstrate reliability and strong performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully read and follow work orders to meet exact customer specifications
  • Inspect printed label rolls for quality, defects, and consistency
  • Operate finishing equipment with attention to precision (training provided)
  • Convert large rolls into finished quantities with accurate counts and measurements
  • Use a calculator to verify counts and ensure order accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Training & Advancement
