Job description

BUILDONPAPER ENGINEERING PC is seeking a Structural / Bridge Engineer to work on bridge inspection projects in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse (www.buildonpaper.com)

Responsibilities

  • Read and Interpret Structural As-built drawings.
  • Prepare Computer aided (AutoCAD or MicroStation) Structural Drawings.
  • Prepare Field Structural Sketches to assess existing conditions.
  • Prepare Structural Condition Assessment Reports according to NYSDOT manuals.
  • Prepare Structural Inventories according to NYSDOT manuals.

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is Required.
  • EIT Certification is Preferred.
  • Driver's license required.
  • 2 years in Structural Engineering Consulting is preferred.
