1st Shift Machine Operator Trainee (5-Day Work Week)
Hartford, WI | Starting at $20+/Hour 

Please note: This position is located at Quad's CR/T manufacturing facility in Hartford, WI, and is not located at the Quad print plant off Highway 60.

Quad's Chemical Research/Technology (CR/T) facility in Hartford, WI, is hiring a Night Shift Machine Operator trainee to help produce the inks used in Quad printing operations across the country. No ink manufacturing experience? That's okay—we provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow.

What You'll Earn

  • Starting pay of $20.00/hour or more, based on experience
  • Overtime opportunities available

Schedule

  • Night Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Monday - Friday
  • Enjoy a consistent 5-day work week 

What You'll Do


As part of our manufacturing team, you'll help produce specialty inks and resins using industrial equipment and processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Operating manufacturing equipment and production systems
  • Loading raw materials and monitoring production processes
  • Operating forklifts (training available)
  • Unloading tanker trucks and railcars
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Working closely with teammates to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to work an 8-hour day shift schedule
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
  • Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate
