We are seeking an** experienced **CNC Mill Machinist to join our dynamic team in Marshfield, WI. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CNC milling machines.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection tools.
