About the Role:
Join Innovative Machine as a Fabricator/Welder (with the willingness to possibly be a machinist) and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to precision and quality. In this exciting role, you'll leverage your skills to create/build fabrications that meet our high standards and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
  • Weld together fabrications to be machined in our shop
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
  • Understand and care for Miller welding equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with welding processes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Welding knowledge in D1.1, D1.2, D1.6.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with MIG, TIG and Stick welding equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in a fabrication/machining environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
