CNC Operator: Clinton, Wisconsin
Our customer in Clinton, Wisconsin is seeking dependable, career-minded individuals to join their team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a 100% employee-owned company that manufactures custom forged metal components used in critical applications around the world. Weโ€™re recruiting CNC Operators to work full-time on night shift. This role focuses on machine setup and operation in a team-oriented manufacturing environment with opportunities for long-term growth.
Responsibilities of the CNC Operator:
  • Set up and operate CNC and manual machines according to work instructions.
  • Load and secure materials safely using overhead cranes and lifting equipment.
  • Monitor machine runs to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and blueprints.
  • Complete basic production paperwork.
  • Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized.
  • Support continuous improvement and assist team members as needed.
CNC Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Stable work history and strong attendance record.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic shop math and blueprint reading skills.
  • Prior machining experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn will be considered.
  • Comfortable working in a production environment, including warm conditions.
  • Must be able to pass a 120-day hair drug test including THC.
Pay for CNC Operator: $17-$26/hour.
