Description
Our growing company is in need of a shipping and receiving clerk. This fast-paced entry-level position requires attentiveness for all product movements of incoming and outgoing pallets and packages. In addition, accurate data entry, handling of paperwork, and computer skills are required.
Responsibilities
• Manages incoming and outgoing processes, controlling all paperwork, labeling, and data updates.
• Monitors and analyzes information from data and paperwork for completeness and accuracy on BOL, Shipper, and Commercial Invoices.
• Maintains and records information in our WMS system and network folders to properly support customer requirements.
• Review and handle all paperwork, which includes BOL, Shipper, and Commercial Invoices for outgoing orders and scanning documents.
• Print incoming labels and apply them to incoming material.
• Provide analysis and reporting of data for the evaluation of performance and proper flow of inventory transactions.
• Provide support to the team of logistics analysts and the operations manager to ensure a smooth flow of material.
• Assist material handlers in efficiently loading and unloading product.
• Other special projects.
