Join a growing organization in this entry-level position to ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing orders.

Compensation:

$17 - $19 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Manages incoming and outgoing processes, controlling all paperwork, labeling, and data updates.
  • Monitors and analyzes information from data and paperwork for completeness and accuracy on BOL, Shipper, and Commercial Invoice.
  • Maintains and records information in our WMS system and network folders to properly support customer requirements.
  • Review and handle all paperwork, which includes BOL, Shipper, Commercial Invoice for outgoing orders, and scanning documents.
  • Print incoming labels and apply them to incoming material.
  • Provide analysis and reporting of data for the evaluation of performance and the proper flow of inventory transactions.
  • Provide support to the team of logistics analysts and the operations manager to ensure the smooth flow of materials.
  • Assist material handlers in efficiently loading and unloading product.
  • Other special projects.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to analyze documents for correctness.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
