What You’ll Do
- Provide expert support across server, network, and cloud environments.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Utilize scripting and automation to streamline operations.
- Design, implement, and manage secure and compliant technology solutions.
- Maintain and upgrade systems with a focus on security and regulatory standards.
- Build strong client relationships and offer strategic technology advice.
- Document client infrastructures and troubleshooting procedures thoroughly.
- Lead onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
- Support system audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Be available for on-call support for critical issues, including after-hours.

What You Bring
- 5–10 years of IT support experience, including 3+ years in a progressive MSP role.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry certifications.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with RMM and ticketing systems.
- Proven experience with writing and utilizing scripting to improve efficiency in IT operations.
- Experience in both proactive and reactive support environments.
- Skilled in IT documentation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
