Role Description The Entry Level Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual in Mandarin) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamaica, NY. This role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing and reviewing logistics documentation.The Logistics Coordinator will communicate daily with carriers, vendors, and customers, in both English and Mandarin, to track shipments and resolve any issues. Responsibilities include updating inventory and shipment records, assisting with import/export compliance, and supporting the team with scheduling, data entry, and basic reporting. The role also requires responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate files, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to keep supply chain activities running

smoothly.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess effective communication skills in English and Mandarin for coordinating with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
