Job Summary
At Alys Beach, design is not just a function - it is a defining element of the brand. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Graphic Design Coordinator to support our in-house marketing team in bringing this vision to life across every touchpoint. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within one of the most visually distinctive luxury communities in the country, contributing to a wide range of brand expressions-from real estate and vacation rentals to retail, events, and wellness. The ideal candidate is both creatively inclined and operationally strong, with a passion for maintaining brand integrity, executing polished design assets, and ensuring consistency across print, digital, and on-property experiences. Job Responsibilities
  • Have a keen eye and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with team members, other departments, vendors and partners
Job Requirements
  • Must be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat
  • Time management and multi-tasking skills in order to work on various projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to take direction and refine designs to maintain brand standards.
  • Ability to update and revise existing design files (menus, signs, calendars, digital displays, etc.)
  • Help with printing, producing, cutting, and packaging in-house materials (brochures, flyers, posters, menus, etc)
  • Help maintain content calendars, making sure items such as individual event listings are correct and consistent across platforms (owner app, website event calendar, amenity digital displays, social media, eblast schedules, etc.)
  • Assist marketing team with staying on top of deadlines - after receiving proofs, follow up with the team for collective feedback within a timely manner.
  • Collecting content from different departments for weekly owner emails
  • Regularly reviewing the owner app and website for any updates needed
  • Design graphics for various events that take place across property.
  • Work with Director of Brand Marketing to create signage/menus/banners for Alys Beach signature events.
  • During Spring Break and Summer + Holiday Wknds, maintain a weekly/weekend calendar for all events taking place across property to be shared with guests
  • Must have a keen eye and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with team members, other departments, vendors and partners
Essential Job Function
  • Basic photography and video skills and experience with digital asset libraries a plus
  • Experience in email and editing/design n platforms such as FloDesk, MailChimp, Canva
  • Familiarity with various CMS/CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce
