Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Integrated Marketing Graphic Design
Location: Hybrid - Bellevue, WA
Expected start date to end date: August 2026 - August 2027
Working hours: Full time 40 hrs./week
  • Develop and expand a growing library of on-brand Canva templates to support marketers as Canva becomes an increasingly important tool for content creation.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing and communications materials, including literature, event assets, and campaign collateral.
  • Use AI-assisted content creation tools, such as Synthesia, to produce high-quality, on-brand content for marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Support the team in building and testing an AI agent that analyzes SAP Concur content for brand adherence, design quality, and identifies materials that may need additional brand support.

  • Education: currently pursuing a major or minor in design are strongly preferred
  • Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program
  • Ideal canditates will be a detail orientated motivated person who can balance working on a team with self-directed work
  • The intern should come to the role with the ability to use of the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for learning new systems and processes
  • Our intern should show curiosity and willingness to dig into creative problem-solving and display robust people skills
