Job Title: Sr. Associate, Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

The Sr. Associate, Electrical Engineer will be responsible for taking library addition requests from end users and converting them into accurate digital data across integrated ECAD/MCAD/PLM tools. In addition, the position will interpret Vendor and OEM source data to support established business processes while keeping multiple libraries synchronized.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Provide ECAD/MCAD/PLM engineering support for both new product development activities as well as factory support of existing products
  • Generation of digital and technical data utilized by various disciplines in formats required by the tools to aid in clear and concise solutions with downstream benefits
  • Translate product requirements into "digital specifications" and test plans to be used for development/deployment
  • Work closely with the engineering community fulfilling the workflow cycle of their products as well as development teams for implementation/testing/execution of digital library data providing guidance back to the user community
  • Responsible for understanding customer needs, generating documentation procedures and finally executing the test
  • Assist with tool debugging based on the ISR Business model and product offerings with broader understanding of implications
  • Work directly with designers on ECAD/MCAD/PLM models and part documentation.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to dive into tools, provide demos, document metrics, and support tool configuration.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years of Electrical engineering experience.
  • Graduate Degree with zero (0) to two (2) years of Electrical engineering experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of six (6) years of Electrical engineering experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Hands on usage of Teamcenter, NX and Mentor Graphics Capital Harness understanding or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Teamcenter Workflow tracking and completion.
  • Working knowledge of one programming/scripting language.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
