IF YOU QUALIFY TO BE A LEGAL ASSISTANT OR HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN A FAMILY LAW FIRM THE COMPENSATION WILL BE HIGHER. THE LISTED COMPENSATION IS FOR ENTRY-LEVEL RECEPTIONISTS

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of direct communication with the Attorney before and after Court, Preparing legal documents, answering phones and taking messages. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be required to write legal declarations as well as have competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is REQUIRED.
