General Expectations:
A team member is expected to set a good example and uphold quality, safety, work pace, attitude and attendance. Also, with a good understanding of the following:
Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Reports to DM each morning to be dispensed to assigned area.
  • Checks in with DM before leaving for the day.
  • Works hours needed to complete assigned tasks for the day.
  • Facilitate inventory responsibilities as required.
  • Must be safety conscious and will be required to report safety concerns Safety team or DM.
  • Uphold established quality and performance expectations.
  • Establish necessary urgency and set adequate production pace to meet required production schedules.
  • Demonstrate effective motivation skills and techniques to encourage team to meet performance objectives.
  • Ensures daily adherence to cleaning initiatives and keeps area organized and efficient.
  • Demonstrate continuous willingness to learn, grow, and gain understanding as a leader in our organization.
  • Pay special attention to new hires and put in extra time and effort to ensure their proper development and training.
  • Demonstrate honesty in all situations to cultivate an environment of trust

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:
  • Sales orders, engineering prints, product specifications, and applicable building codes in multiple departments.
  • HUD DAPIA requirements.
  • Company SAFETY protocols and standards.
  • Company policies and rules.

Physical requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Ability to be on my feet (standing and walking) for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Ability to perform a job that includes repetitive stooping and bending.
  • Ability to perform a job that includes repetitive crouching and crawling, pushing and pulling.
  • Performing squeezing of trigger to guns that weight in a range of 1 - 3 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting all these general physical demands of the job.

Education and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months relevant work experience
