Location: Irvine, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Pay Range: $19-$20 an hour | Monday though Friday from 8am-5pm
As an Office Clerk, you're one of the most important members of Norm Reeves Business Office. You will be responsible for efficiently filing all service OR sales contracts related paperwork associated with the service or purchased and sales of new and used vehicles.
This is an excellent entry-level position for someone with detail oriented and guest service approach to daily responsibilities. Your work is key in ensuring operational effectiveness and ultimately ensuring guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Experience. This role is a great entry point to your career with us!
Key responsibilities:
  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper documentation
  • Maintain accurate and organized record of all financial transaction
  • Support month end and year end closing activities
  • Perform reconciliations and Accounts Receivable schedule reconciliations
  • Keeps files current and in order within appropriate file system all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to accounting department as needed

Qualifications:
  • Full-time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting or a related field
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must be computer proficient, including Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must maintain a professional appearance, a neat work area, and reliable attendance
