Work Location: Primarily Southern California, with occasional travel to Central or Northern California.

What We're Looking For


We need an experienced Concrete Form-Setting Foreman who can take a hands-on leadership role in structural commercial concrete projects. You'll coordinate daily operations, guide multiple crews, and help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities


Working under the direction of the Project Superintendent, you will:


  • Lead and support multiple crews on active job sites
  • Oversee several projects at once and maintain productive workflow
  • Read and interpret commercial and residential blueprints and specifications
  • Maintain project schedules and anticipate upcoming needs
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Promote safety and enforce company safety practices
  • Assist with hiring and training field employees
  • Set the pace in the field and uphold high-quality workmanship
  • Perform hands-on work as needed ("bags on")

What You Bring


  • Minimum 3 years of concrete construction experience
  • Strong self-management and initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to forecast needs and manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and customer relationship abilities
  • Solid safety background
  • Physically capable of performing field duties
  • Must pass a physical and drug test
  • Driver's license preferred
