Registration Technician I

Department: Laboratory Analytical Services
Status: Full-Time, 2nd Shift Non-Exempt
Reports To: Registration Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Registration Technician I on 2nd shift, to support Laboratory Analytical Services (LAS) operations. This role is responsible for the accurate organization, cataloging, and registration of customer samples, ensuring they are processed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer requirements.

Youโ€™ll play a key role in maintaining workflow accuracy, supporting internal teams, and helping deliver reliable service to our partners.


What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Organize incoming samples based on requested testing
  • Accurately process sample registrations and sales orders in internal systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer and field samples
  • Coordinate and deliver samples to appropriate lab areas based on priority
  • Partner with Sales to ensure paperwork aligns with agreements
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations
  • Identify and communicate discrepancies in sampling, packaging, shipping, or orders
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and take on additional responsibilities as needed

What You Bring

  • Basic knowledge of laboratory processes and procedures preferred

Work Environment
