Samples Lab Technician
Sharonville, OH | 7AM-3:30PM M-F | $21-$22/hr. | Growth Potential
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail oriented Samples Lab Technician/ Compounder to support our R&D and Quality teams in a fast-paced laboratory environment. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, compounding and distributing raw materials and flavor samples.
Experience You'll bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a lab, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and navigation abilities (MS Office, inventory software).
  • Be adaptable at working efficiently in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple tasks.

What You'll do
  • Receive, label, compound, and store raw materials and incoming samples.
  • Pick, prepare, and package flavor samples based on request specifications.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and support proper stock rotation.
  • Keep the samples lab and storage areas clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure timely sample fulfillment.
  • Follows all safety, sanitation, and quality control protocols when handling materials.
