Job description

Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Field Support – Nurse Call Systems)

Location: Twin Cities Area, MN

Employment Type: Contract

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Contract Analyst to provide on-site technical support for nurse call systems across multiple hospital locations in the Twin Cities area. This role requires frequent interaction with nursing staff and hands-on troubleshooting of Windows-based hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Travel to various hospitals in the Twin Cities to support nurse call systems.

· Provide frontline IT support for hospital units, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

· Collaborate with nursing staff to resolve technical issues and ensure system reliability.

· Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations and support activities.

· Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel for communication, scheduling, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

· Must have reliable personal transportation (car) to travel between hospital sites.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, specifically in Windows environments.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
