Job description

Our client, a top-tier VC firm, is searching for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face in their mid-peninsula office. This person will manage daily office operations, provide exceptional customer service to guests and internal staff, and ensure everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in creating a polished, professional atmosphere. The role is in-office, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm on the peninsula.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and maintain a polished reception area
  • Coordinate mail, packages, and deliveries between two office buildings
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings and conference rooms
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and key external contacts
  • Support special events, team gatherings, and office projects
  • Handle expense reports and light bookkeeping in Concur
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and legal documents
  • Partner closely with the Office Manager and administrative team


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an office or corporate setting
