Responsibilities:
• Be the first line of support for employees—resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, escalate when needed, and document resolutions for future reference.
• Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Install, configure, and support hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
• Assist with system upgrades, asset management, inventory, and overall system reliability.
