We have an evidence-based lead and training system to help new agents become successful. Here at The Wayland Agency, we enjoy what we do, and have a great culture and great training. Agents make great money by helping our clients who have asked for our help. WE DO NOT COLD CALL.

Job Details:

We offer new and exciting industry-leading products. Products that help clients set up tax-free retirement solutions to supplement their retirement. Products that help families get out of debt. Also, basic insurance products that clients need to protect their families.

We also have an in-house annuity process that trains you to enter the seven-billion-dollar industry that will be transferred in the next five years.

Every agent has the ability to earn passive income through helping families, using industry-leading technology. THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY POSITION!

Responsibilities:

Our agents call through leads from clients who requested our information. Then they focus on building relationships with your clients and showing them products that make sense for their needs.

Lastly, they help the client through the underwriting process. All of our agents have the ability to help clients virtually over the phone or in Zoom meetings.

Requirements:

We are looking for energetic individuals who have a passion for GROWTH both personally and professionally. Helping others is a huge priority in our agency so having high integrity is very important for us.

We are also looking for individuals who want to build a business that can be passed down to family and enjoy the freedom and flexibility of being self-employed. That involves all the responsibility that comes with building your own schedule and working for yourself.
