This is not an entry-level position.

We are searching for an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager who knows how to structure deals, maximize profitability, build lender relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Structure finance deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders

  • Secure financing approvals and close deals efficiently

  • Present financing options, protection products, extended warranties, and aftermarket products

  • Ensure every transaction complies with all local, state, and federal regulations

  • Accurately process contracts and funding paperwork

  • Track receivables and lender stipulations through funding

  • Partner with sales managers and sales consultants to deliver an outstanding customer experience

  • Represent the dealership with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

What We're Looking ForAutomotive dealership F&I experience is strongly preferred.

We're looking for someone who can step in and make an immediate impact.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years of dealership Finance & Insurance experience

  • Proven success structuring and funding automotive deals

  • Strong knowledge of compliance and lender requirements

  • Experience presenting and selling F&I products

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • A professional, customer-focused approach

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • High school diploma or equivalent
