Job description

Our client, a leading organization in the marketing and consulting sector, is seeking a Compensation Consultant to join their team. This is an interim, project-based role centered around total rewards with a focus on compensation management. The position offers an exciting opportunity to influence critical elements of the company's compensation strategy during a pivotal period.
This role requires a dynamic professional with both hands-on expertise and strategic leadership capabilities. You will operate within a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to support complex LTI execution, award communications, and job architecture streamlining. A blend of technical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are essential.
Responsibilities
  • Support and execute Long-Term Incentive (LTI) activities, including the issuance of award letters.
  • Facilitate job architecture improvements by streamlining job codes by leveraging existing frameworks.
  • Act as a key internal navigator by engaging relevant resources, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring work progresses smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Director-level experience (10-15+ years) with hands-on and leadership capabilities in compensation or total rewards.
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and Mercer for survey and analysis purposes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and nuanced situations.
