Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative needed in Nashville, TN ! This is a hybrid role working 2 days onsite and 3 days remote! The pay rate for Nashville, TN is $26.50 an hour!

Job Description

The Inbound Sales Representative converts qualified inbound leads into active delivery partners by conducting consultative sales conversations, guiding prospects through the onboarding process, and maintaining strong, service-oriented relationships. This role focuses on understanding partner needs, clearly articulating program value, and consistently achieving performance targets while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from prospective delivery partners and qualify them based on defined criteria.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs, address questions, and present the value and benefits of the delivery program.
  • Guide qualified partners through each step of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and timely transition into the program.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects, follow up on leads, and support partner activation.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, lead status, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights to help improve sales strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, refine messaging, and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Deliver customer serviceโ€“oriented support to prospective and existing partners, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey.

Essential Skills

  • At least 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, and account management.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to comfortably make high volumes of calls and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms.
  • Inside sales and inside sales support experience.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred but not required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, retail, or technology environments is preferred.
  • Proven ability to provide customer serviceโ€“oriented support in a fast-paced sales setting.
  • Strong organizational skills to track leads, activities, and outcomes effectively in CRM systems.
  • Comfort working toward measurable KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate, and activation goals.

Work Environment

This is a project-based contract role with eligibility for two weeks of paid time off after a successful six-month performance review, with no tenure limit on the contract. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring 1โ€“2 days per week in the office.
