Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for primary source verifications for licensure via state agencies, handling subpoena file copy requests, internal transfers, clearing contract workers, updating Excel files, assisting with sign-on/referral bonuses, ID badge creation, education reimbursements, filing support, and providing front-facing customer service and office assistance.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
  • Primary source verifications for licensure via state agencies.
  • Handling subpoena file copy requests.
  • Internal transfers and clearing contract workers.
  • Updating Excel files.
  • Assisting with sign-on/referral bonuses and ID badge creation.
  • Education reimbursements.
  • Filing support.
  • Front-facing customer service/office walk-in and phone assistance.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
  • Strong administrative assistant or entry-level HR experience.
  • Comfortable with filing and clerical duties.
  • Preferred: HR degree/coursework or prior healthcare HR experience.

Skills

Schedule / Shift
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week, no expected OT).
