We are looking for a temporary HR Generalist to join our team in Redwood City, CA. This temporary role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives and supporting a high-performing, inclusive workplace. The HR Generalist supports workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent development, while ensuring compliance with company policies and California labor laws. This role works with managers to drive engagement, resolve workplace issues, analyze HR metrics, and support organizational change initiatives that improve overall business performance.
Pay Wage: $40 - $60 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
