AeroGo is a world leader in the manufacturing of innovative equipment for moving heavy loads and tooling utilizing hovercraft and wheeled technology. The company sells throughout the world from Tukwila, WA. Our 70+ employees have developed the best service and quality standards in the industry.


Position Summary

The HR & Marketing Intern provides administrative and project support to both the Human Resources and Marketing departments. This position is on-site (no remote work) and reports to the Director of Human Resources and Director of Marketing.


Assignment Details

  • Temporary 4-month assignment (exact dates TBD)
  • Entry-level position
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Onsite in Tukwila, WA. Remote work is not available.
  • Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
  • Sick time provided in accordance with applicable laws and company policies

    Human Resources Responsibilities (Approximately 50%)

    • Review resumes for open positions and conduct initial phone screenings.
    • Assist with filing and document organization.
    • Assist with employee engagement programs and activities.
    • Opportunity to design and refresh certain HR processes, such as Onboarding.
    • Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.


    Marketing Responsibilities (Approximately 50%)

    • Draft internal communications, announcements, and employee-facing content.
    • Create and update flyers, presentations, and product literature.
    • Assist with copywriting and content development for marketing projects.
    • Conduct market and competitive research.
    • Support planning and coordination of company events and marketing activities.
    • Assist with special marketing projects as assigned.


    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; current college students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Adobe or Canva experience is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to collaborate and work effectively across departments while building trusting relationships and positively influencing others.

    The position requires working in a manufacturing environment which may include hot, cold, or noisy conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Also required is the ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, to lift up to 25 pounds, open filing cabinets, and move throughout the facility as needed.
