We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Assistant to report to the HR Manager. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions.
Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities include:
  • Background checks
  • Orientation, onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Milestone and Exit Interviews
  • Employee anniversary recognition programs
  • Event planning and execution
  • Vehicle fleet management
  • Workers compensation and safety program management
  • Training assignment and management
  • Employment verification
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, equivalent experience or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and note taking
  • Ability to work and serve within a team environment
  • Problem solving resolutions management
  • Computer and Microsoft product usage
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged sitting and standing
  • Ability to travel as needed
