What You'll Do
  • Build an HR Dream Team: Lead, coach, and level up your HR Business Partners so they're confident, capable, and ready to handle anything, from everyday coaching to the toughest Associate situations
  • Be the Calm in the Storm: When complex Associate relations issues pop up, you'll jump in, ask the right questions, and guide fair, thoughtful, and compliant outcomes
  • Partner Like a Pro: Work side-by-side with operational leaders and cross-functional experts to connect people strategy to business results by helping to ensure HR practices and decisions feel fair and consistent
  • Coach the Coaches: Support leaders with real-time feedback, performance conversations, and development plans that enable individual success
  • Own Big Moments: Lead key HR initiatives and change, from engagement surveys to compliance rollouts, and make sure they land successfully across the business
  • Turn Data into Decisions: Spot trends in turnover and engagement, connect the dots, and turn insights into action plans that improve the Associate experience

Work Schedule and Benefits

  • Office Hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Department needs will call for occasional overtime

Work Location Details
In-N-Out Burger plans to bring its West Coast headquarters team back together under one roof by the end of 2029. After maintaining two Southern California office locations for many years, the company will permanently close its Irvine office in 2029 and once again headquarter the company's western territory solely in Baldwin Park, California, where the company was founded in 1948.
Newly hired Associates in Irvine will be eligible to participate in the group move to Tennessee with relocation assistance or work from our western headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA, upon its opening in 2029. We are sharing this information early so candidates can make informed decisions while considering a career with In-N-Out Burger.
