Work You'll Do
As a Consultant for the team, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the client's Career and Talent Development team by reviewing documentation, implementing formatting changes, and ensuring documentation is tailored for the correct audience
  • Leveraging PeopleSoft to conduct actions requested by the client
  • Supporting strategic insight into developing potential work with employee programs such as tuition assistance programs
  • Supporting change and communications management via communication design and documentation review

Required:
  • 2+ years of professional experience, to include human resources, change/communications management, document review, strategic capabilities and design, and/or communication design
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Springfield, VA
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • Experience with PeopleSoft
  • Experience in I/O Psychology
