We're looking for an organized, professional, and detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll & HR Administrator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with Human Resources or Payroll experience who enjoy supporting employees, maintaining accurate records, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Starting at $18.00 per hour

What We're Looking For

âś” Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required
âś” Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience required
âś” Experience maintaining employee files and confidential records
âś” Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
âś” Excellent communication and customer service skills
âś” Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
âś” Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
âś” Professional attitude and reliable transportation required


Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with weekly payroll processing and payroll audits
  • Support new hire onboarding and employee orientations
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation
  • Process employment forms and assist with benefits administration
  • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and HR policies
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR correspondence
  • Answer phones, greet applicants, and provide front office support
  • Maintain confidential employee information with accuracy
  • Assist management with recruiting, employee communications, and administrative projects
  • Perform additional HR and office administrative duties as assigned
