HRIS Coordinator
Portland, OR | Full-Time | Contract
$25-35/hour, DOE
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced HRIS Coordinator for future opportunities with growing organizations in the Portland metro area. This posting represents the types of HR technology and people operations roles we regularly support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with HR systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting process improvements across employee lifecycle functions.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS databases
  • Process employee data changes, including onboarding and terminations
  • Run reports and audits to ensure data accuracy
  • Support HR technology implementations and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and partner with vendors when needed
  • Assist with compliance reporting and documentation
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of HRIS, HR Operations, or Human Resources experience
  • Experience with systems such as UKG, Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
