IDEC Elevator Products, a division of Delaware Elevator, Inc., is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Riviera Beach, Florida. If you're passionate about supporting employees, building strong workplace relationships, and making a meaningful impact throughout the employee lifecycle, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll be a key resource for both employees and leadership, helping attract top talent, support onboarding, maintain compliance, administer HR programs, and foster a positive workplace culture. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing administrative excellence with employee engagement.
What You'll Do
Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer documentation and process all new hire paperwork.
  • Complete employment eligibility verification, including I-9s and E-Verify.
  • Coordinate engaging onboarding and orientation programs for manufacturing and office employees.
HR Compliance & Recordkeeping
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Assist with HR audits and documentation management.
  • Support company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
Benefits & Payroll Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit questions.
  • Assist with benefit enrollment and employee communications.
  • Support payroll processing through accurate timekeeping, attendance, and PTO tracking.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure payroll-related information is accurate and timely.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and supervisors.
  • Assist with employee concerns, investigations, and workplace issues.
  • Support performance review processes and other employee development initiatives.
  • Help promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Manufacturing, industrial, or field-service experience is strongly preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel experience is highly valued).
  • Experience using HRIS or payroll systems such as Miter, ADP, Workday, or Paychex.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred
