Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is a leading company in the Healthcare Industry, seeking a Desktop Support Technician โ€“ Healthcare IT for a contract opportunity. The role involves providing onsite support, troubleshooting various technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer service in multiple healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide onsite desktop and end-user support across multiple healthcare facilities
โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
โ€ข Support Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
โ€ข Perform break/fix troubleshooting and incident resolution
โ€ข Complete Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) for workstations and equipment
โ€ข Deploy, install, configure, and replace desktop hardware
โ€ข Support operating system upgrades and desktop refresh initiatives
โ€ข Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity and network-related issues
โ€ข Maintain hardware and software inventory records
โ€ข Document work performed and update ticketing systems
โ€ข Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to end users
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum 2 years of desktop support or end-user computing experience
โ€ข Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
โ€ข Strong troubleshooting experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
โ€ข Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite
โ€ข Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts
โ€ข Experience supporting mobile devices
โ€ข Strong communication and customer service skills
