In this role you will:
Maintain Master Data in assigned Master Data Domain (Customer, Supplier, Product):
Create, maintain, and archive master data records in accordance with established company policies, procedures, and standards.
Analyze master data and identify data quality issues: Analyze master data sets to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and duplicates. Perform data profiling and data analysis to understand data patterns and trends.
Support implementation of data quality improvements: Assist in implementing data quality improvements, including data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality issues are addressed effectively.
Assist in MDM projects and initiatives: Provide support for MDM projects and initiatives, including data migration, system integration, and implementation of new MDM tools and technologies. Collaborate with project teams to define requirements and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data initiatives: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and data governance committees, to define data requirements, resolve data-related issues, and support data-driven initiatives.
Provide training and support on MDM processes and tools: Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users on MDM processes, tools, and best practices. Offer ongoing support and assistance to users.
What you'll need to be successful:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Degree requirements.
  • SAP Master Data - 3 Years Preferred
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools to analyze master data sets, identify data quality issues, and derive insights from data.
  • Data Quality Management: Understanding of data quality principles and techniques to support the implementation of data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment processes.
  • Project Support: Ability to provide support for MDM projects and initiatives, including data migration, system integration, and implementation of MDM tools and technologies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and data governance committees.

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $59,700.00 - $70,200.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
