GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Data Analysis Coach will provide embedded support to Miami School staff in analyzing

student achievement and progress-monitoring data to identify trends, skill gaps, and students

requiring targeted support. The coach will facilitate collaborative data analysis, support the

development of instructional groups, and help staff connect data to appropriate ELA and

mathematics interventions. The position will focus on building staff capacity to use data

effectively to improve student outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required

? ODE licensure appropriate to position

? Knowledge of student achievement data, assessment systems, progress monitoring,

data-driven instruction, and evidence-based intervention practices.

? Experience analyzing student data to identify trends, achievement gaps, and

instructional needs.

? Willingness/ability to work as a team member.

? Good organizational skills.

? History of good job attendance.

? Demonstrate computer usage skills (with emphasis on database management)

? Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills

? Good public relation skills

? Outstanding organizational and time management skills

? Capable of working with minimal supervision

? Must pass criminal background checks, be free from communicable disease

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Salary and work year as established by the Governing Board.ย ย The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non - prescribed controlled substance use in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the District.ย
