Need Banking domain exp is must.
Need good Data analysis and sql skills and very good with large data crunching
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on analytical experience in working as a Data and Business Analyst
• Experience leading projects end to end including international stakeholders
• Conduct end-to-end evaluations of existing processes to design and implement process enhancements and role redesigns to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Financial markets domain - require to have basic knowledge and understanding of Capital Market Products - EQ, Rates - Bonds & IRS, Credit - CDS and Bonds, Commodities etc. along with understanding of basic trade life cycle (from dealer broker perspective)
• Experience working with relational / non-relational databases to turn into insights
• Experience with tools like SQL, Excel & Advanced Excel, Project Management tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
• Hands-on experience in Scripting Languages (Python)
• Experience in troubleshooting code and logs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
