You will play a critical role in translating product direction into high-quality delivery outcomes and in extending the team's impact across the broader technology ecosystem. This role is well-suited for someone ready to take accountability for delivery outcomes, influence how work gets done, and contribute meaningfully to business and technology objectives.
What You Will Do
  • Work closely with the business to understand problems at their root and drive solutions through technology - whether through your own development work or by collaborating across the business, software engineering, data architecture and solutions architecture.

  • Analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and surface insights that inform product and business decisions - including understanding how application data and APIs translate into graph and analytical data models.
  • Own projects end-to-end - from problem statement through delivery and adoption - maintaining accountability for outcomes throughout.
  • Contribute to roadmap development, collaborating closely with product and business leadership to identify new features, enhancements, and incremental improvements aligned with product direction.
  • Continuously innovate and push the team forward - challenging the status quo, identifying opportunities to transform how work gets done, and raising the bar for those around you.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience in IT, data, software engineering, or a business role with demonstrated technical aptitude
  • A passion for or experience writing scripts, queries, or code (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, AI agents, or equivalent) to solve problems, automate processes, or move and validate data
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand problems and translate them into technical solutions
  • Experience communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience with Cypher, graph databases, or data modeling
  • Experience with data engineering or API integrations - building pipelines, moving data, or connecting systems
  • Experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS (e.g., SQS, CloudWatch, Lambda)
  • Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or prompt engineering
  • Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, data modeling, or analytics - including building reports, dashboards, or data products that inform business decisions
  • Experience in procurement, accounts payable, source-to-pay, or operations
