Senior Handyman Technician – Commission Based (White-Glove Service)

Mr. Handyman of Arlington – Tarrant County

We are hiring high-level, experienced technicians who can sell and perform at a professional level while delivering a white-glove customer experience. This is not an entry-level role.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of verifiable hands-on experience
  • Strong multi-trade background (drywall, doors, trim, light plumbing & electrical)
  • Comfortable presenting pricing and closing work on site
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused
  • Able to work independently in homes and commercial properties

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of handyman services
  • Explain solutions clearly and confidently to customers
  • Present pricing and sell jobs on site
  • Deliver a high-end customer experience that drives repeat business
