SUMMARY:

HUB International is seeking a Technical Assistant to join our Florida Personal Lines team. This is an entry level position with an excellent opportunity to advance in the insurance industry and grow your career. The selected employee will assist Personal Lines team in policy processing, carrier communications, and internal reporting in accordance with the practices, standards, and procedures of the Company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing policy renewals
  • Reconciliation of various internal reports
  • Managing carrier communications
  • Lender endorsements
  • Processing policy cancellation
  • Data entry
  • Additional tasks as assigned by manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Florida 4-40 Customer Service license or willingness to obtain insurance license
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in team environment
