What You'll Do:

  • Execute complex manufacturing processes, including electro-mechanical system setup, cable assembly, and machine profile adjustments, ensuring compliance with military specifications.

  • Interpret and follow written specifications, operation sheets, and visual instructions to deliver high-quality products.

  • Maintain meticulous records of tests, quality checks, and specification data to ensure traceability and compliance.

  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and self-directed work environment.

What You'll Bring:

  • Education:High School Diploma or GED; IPC-A-610 Certification.

  • Experience:1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a self-directed teaming environment.

  • Skills:Proficiency in using hand tools, interpreting specifications and drawings, performing inspections, and basic computer skills. Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential.

  • This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.

The base pay range for this position is $20 - $25/hr., plus 10% shift differential, depending on experience. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

This position is also eligiblefor an annual discretionary bonus based on apercentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 7/1/2026.
