Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial Entry-Level Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on prospecting, business development, and relationship building, making it ideal for individuals with a strong sales mindset who are eager to build a career in executive search and recruiting.

No prior recruiting experience is required. What You’ll Do

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Identify and connect with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
