ABOUT LD SYSTEMS

LD Systems is a leading provider of live event production services throughout Texas. Our Dallas team supports corporate events, concerts, festivals, sporting events, and broadcast productions with a commitment to innovation, reliability, and exceptional client service. This Administrative Assistant II position provides critical administrative support for the LD Systems Live Events production team while also supporting the CGI and LDSI (integration) business units within the Dallas office, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple departments.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Administrative Assistant II who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This position serves as the administrative hub for the Dallas office, partnering with sales, operations, production, CGI, and LDSI teams to keep projects, schedules, and office operations running efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent LD Systems with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
  • Provide administrative support for the Live Events, CGI, and LDSI teams.
  • Prepare correspondence, proposals, reports, project documentation, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, and office logistics.
  • Assist with client communications and event-related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support day-to-day business operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Supporting sales, production, or operations teams.
