Project-Based Merchandiser (Direct Hire)

Location: Eugene, OR

Rate of Pay: $20.50/hr (OT Available)

Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift (Sunday–Thursday)

Are you looking for a high-impact, hands-on project to kickstart your year? We are seeking motivated individuals for a Direct Hire Merchandising Project in Eugene, OR. This is a dedicated, short-term engagement—perfect for those who enjoy active work and seeing a project through from start to finish.

Project Overview
  • Duration: Minimum of 14-16 weeks.

  • Shift: 8-hour overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Hours may vary slightly depending on the specific project phase.

  • Entry-Level: No previous experience required! We provide all the necessary training.

  • Work with Friends: Since this is a team-based project, we encourage friends or family members to apply together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fixture Logistics: Assembling new sales floor fixtures and dismantling existing ones.

  • Store Transformation: Moving basic and complex fixtures and installing basic electronic equipment (no programming or setup involved).

  • Merchandising: Setting products according to modular guidelines and performing counter detailing.

  • Inventory Flow: Relocating excess merchandise to designated store areas.

  • Tool Operation: Using basic hand tools and cordless drills for assembly.

Requirements
  • Availability for 3rd shift (overnight) work.
